BenQ-Siemens announced a new music mobile phone, EF71 which is the first mobile to utilize Q-fi brand. It highlights a 10-band equalizer that lets you reshape your music, as well as innovative 3D surround speakers. Added a 2-megapixel camera with 9x linear zoom and a 2.2-inch internal display with 262k colors. It supports digital formats like MP3, AAC and WMA. For additional storage, it has a microSD slot. This sophisticated design phone had won the prestigious iF-award in 2006. This Q-fi EF71 can even double as a webcam if connected to a computer via s USB cable. The released date is July 2006 for Asia and Europe from September 2006. Prices will be determined locally.
