Cambodias 3G network was just opened for business earlier this year and now its being close by Cambodian Prime Minister, Hun Sen. Just because of one woman, the whole country 3G network got to be close down. This is because Hun Sens wife received some pornography on her 3G handset. What if his wife received some porn stuff in her e-mail, will he ban emails usage and next close down the Internet networks? We dont think this is the best way to solve the problem.
