E-Ten announced will launch GSM Quad-band M600+ Pocket PC Phone at Computex Taipei 2006. It is powered by Windows Mobile 5.0 and runs on Samsung S3C 2440 400MHz processor with 256MB Flash ROM and 64MB SDRAM. It features a 2.8-inch TFT LCD, 2.0 megapixel camera, GPRS, SDIO expansion, Bluetooth v2.0 and WiFi IEEE 802.11b connectivity. It weight only 174gram with dimensions of 111.7 x 60.7 x 22mm. No words on the availability and pricing yet.
