CES Unveiled, Hitachi released a new hard drive called Deskstar 7K1000. It is a 1.0 Terabyte HDD and I’m sure this is big enough to store up you videos, music, pictures and games. With PMR technology, the 7K1000 has transfer rate up to 3.0GB/s over SATA and PATA-133 interfaces. It’s a pretty silent hard drive and there’s a thermal fly-height control ensures enhanced stability – data safe and secure. View the specs here.
