The Breitling Emergency Watch

January 8th, 2007

Here’s my favorite, Breitling. The watch shown in the picture above is the Breitling Emergency watch. This watch is created for pilots and aircrew use, it comes with a built-in microtransmitter which broadcasts on the 121.5 MHz aircraft emergency frequency. When disaster comes to happen – a crash or a force landing, owner can simply unscrews the protective cap and pulls out the antenna to set it off. It will then broadcast for 48 hours and range of 100 miles over the flat terrain, which rescuers can home in. The watch is priced around $22,350.00.

    Hi
Just reading your blog on the Breitling Emergency and you mention a price of $22,350.00. I just bought a genuine Emergency off Ebay and paid $3000.00.
Where on earth is it being sold for $22,350.00?
    Regards
    Chris
