Mitsubishi has released its D903iTV slider phone that comes in three bright colors. The phone comes with a 2.8 inch display with 240 x 400 resolution, a TV tuner with Electronic Programming Guide, 512MB of internal memory (woo, that is pretty much), 1.3-megapixel camera and a micro SD slot for memory expansion. The Mitsubishi D903iTV has an integrated music player that supports MP3, WMA DRM and also Napster 2 Go service – iTunes on you mobile. The phone measures 110 × 48 × 19.8mm and weighs 125 grams.

The Mitsubishi D903iTV slider will be available in Japan this coming February 16.
