World Rally Champion Juha Kankkunen beat the world ice speed record broke the previous best set by a Bugatti EB110 Supersport. The all-wheel drive cruiser was fitted with studded tires and achieved an average speed of 199.86 mph (321.65km/h). Watch the video after the jump.
