Here’s one USB drive that you can put a password or pin number into it, the Corsair Padlock recently shown at CeBIT. Corsair Padlock works like your normal flash drive but you must key in the appropriate code on the keypad before using it. There’s no limit to the number of tries you have to enter the code but be sure you remember your password else I don’t think there’s other way to get your data out.
