Planning to get a simple phone with basic functionalities, here’s one, the Nokia 5070. At about $130, you can get a phone with SMS/MMS features and Nokia’s Xpress Audio Messaging. It comes with a VGA camera for snapping pictures then share it via MMS, a FM radio, Mp3 ringing tones and web browser. It has talk time up to 3.5 hours and the standby time is up to 12 days and it is available in blue or red color. The Nokia 5070 will be available in the second quarter of 2007 and comes with an estimated retail price of EUR 100 (approximately $130+) excluding taxes and subsidies.
