This is not any black series, it is the SUNN Solar Car Kit, a solar powered electric car kit. It achieves a top speed of 25mph and range of 20 miles. You can custom build yourself, the three wheel version achieve top speed up to 40mph. The car can be recharged from the sun or can be plugged in.
