Fifth Gear put a road test on the new Ford Mondeo, the Mk IV. This car is powered by petrol engines which include a 1.6-litre, a new 1.8-litre SCi engine with direct petrol injection (130 bhp), the 2.0-litre (145 bhp), 2.5-litre five cylinder turbo (220 bhp), and there’s an ST (Sports Technologies) version which uses a turbocharged 3.2 litre six cylinder engine (250 bhp).
