MPIO a Japanese company has released a new mp3 player called MPIO FL500 DAP. What’s different from others is this mp3 player comes in a triangular shape. It comes with a three line 128 x 48 dot OLED screen displays, 1GB or 2GB capacities and it is capable of playing MP3 and WMA with support for DRM 10. There’s a rotate switch for you to switch modes between MP3 player, FM tuner and Voice recorder. It connects through USB and compatible with Windows and MAC operating system. Onboard Lithium battery will gives you 15 hours of continuous playback. It measures 35.8 × 65.5 × 15.3mm and weighs 23 grams. More views after the jump.

The MPIO FL500 DAP is now available in Japan, priced at 6980Yen ($55) for 1GB and 8980Yen ($72) for 2GB. Both of them also include a neck strap and belt clip in the package.
