Apple has announced about the battery replacement plan for iPhone, for devices that passed their warranty period. Battery replacement will costs around $79 and you will need to add another $6.95 for postage and packing, so total up you need around $86. It will takes around three days for installing the new battery and all data must be back up before as they are going to clear them off. Apple said that they are not responsible for the loss of information while servicing your iPhone. As a result, sync your iPhone with iTune to back up your lovely pictures, text messages and contacts etc before sending off for battery replacement
