Panasonic develops AA battery powered car

Panasonic has developed a car powered by a battery pack with 192 Panasonic Oxyride AA cells which are 1.5 times stronger than normal alkaline batteries, rocketing 0 to 102.68 km/h in 35.06-seconds. The car measures 3.3 meters long has a F1 styled cabin complete with a fin and rudder for better handling. It can speed up to 122 km/h which has entered to the Guinness book of records. The body is made of strong material aramide honeycomb which is used to make bulletproof vest. Check out more pictures and a video after the jump.
