The Air Storage

We put the uncooked food in freezing the preserve but what about cooked food. You can out them to the fridge also but the flavor and nutrients will degrade that way. Designer Hyun-Sung Jang has come up with a concept called the Air Storage. This Air Storage keeps you cooked food at a constant 60ºC via thermal energy and will help in retaining flavor and nutrients. The food that stored inside will last much longer and take less than a minute to reanimate for eating.
