Aptera Electric Three-Wheeled Car

This is the Aptera electric powered three wheeled car which reportedly get 230MPG, and has a “cruising” speed of 55mph. It is available for pre-order, throw 500 bucks for the reservation. More pictures available after the jump.
Part of the secret to that great mpg number is its drag coefficient of 0.11, extremely slippery. The company’s also claiming a 0-60 time of 10 seconds.The company insists all this tech will cost around $20K and the first Apteras will be delivered in “approximately 12 months.”
