This is the Tata Nano which currently known as the world’s cheapest car. Tata Nano is going to be sold at 100,000 rupees which is $2,500 after conversion. According to Tata, the car has had passed emission standards and would average about 50 miles to the gallon, or five liters per hundred kilometers.
