Samsung 256GB FlashSSD

Samsung has released a new 256GB FlashSSD (Solid State Drive). It’s capable of writing at 200 and 160 MBps and has claimed as the world’s fastest and largest capacity 2.5-inch, MLC-based SSD with SATA II Interface. It will appear somewhere in September.
