Barack Obama Sand Painting

It is located at Catalan city of Barcelona. Expectation (the project name) was created by art jammer Jorge Rodriguez-Gerada, it is a 2.5 acre sand painting of Barack Obama. Rumor: Samsung Eltz S7220

There are rumors around saying that Samsung is going to release this phone which claimed to be the Samsung Eltz S7220, at the Mobile World Congress 2009. The phone comes with 2.4-inch AMOLED display screen, 5.0-megapixel camera, A-GPS, music player and microSD card slot. According to the report, Samsung is going to launch 11 new models for the Mobile World Congress.

Samsung has announced a new phone today, the Samsung C6625. It has a 2.6 inch non-touch screen display with 320 x 240 pixels resolution, Tri-band GSM connectivity suitable for 900/1800/1900 MHz connectivity, HSDPA 2100 MHz connectivity, GPS, Stereo FM Radio with RDS, Stereo Bluetooth connectivity, a 2 mega pixel Camera with video recording, a 100 MB internal memory slot and a microSDHC memory card slot. Its battery provides 420 minutes of talk time or up to 300 hours of standby time. Samsung C6625 will cost you £250 and it targeting on business user.

Samsung Omnia now in Purple

Samsung has announced its new color for i900 Omnia, the purple Omnia. This is not just color changes but comes with new security and social applications + new home screen widgets and also includes a TV-out cable, all of them are not found in the previous retail versions. While the main specs are still the same, 3.2 inch WQVGA touch display, 5 megapixel camera, LED flash, Wi-Fi, HSDPA and GPS support. There are new software called SecureRed preloaded to the phone, it used to remote access and remote wipe the phone when the phone is stolen.

mySpace, Facebook and Flickr are also integrated to let you stay connect with your friends. SpaceMe, ExploreMe and PlaceMe, the three new services enable geo-referencing between your friends from the social networks and help share your common POI.
