Samsung has released its new UMPC, the ‘NP-Q1EX’. It is powered by VIA’s 1.2GHz Nano ULV U2500 processor and Chrome9 HC graphics and comes with 2GB of 667MHz DDR2 RAM, 60GB hard drive and an integrated SiRF Star GPS receiver, a QWERTY keyboard, 7-inch touchscreen with 1024×600 resolution, WiFi b/g, Bluetooth 2.0, a 3-in-1 memory card slot and a 1.3-megapixel rear camera. Its battery life offers 4.5 hours of battery life with a 4-cell lithium.
The World’s most expensive CD goes on sale, it can be found at the Takashimaya department store at Nihonbashi. The CD cost a whopping 10,000,000 yen (that’s about US$100,836). It comes with a platinum case with 2 carats of embedded diamonds.
