Hell no! Take a look at Konami in Japan. The below are the official pictures from a Konami freshmen and woman entrance ceremony held at Tokyo Midtwon Hall. It looks more like a high-school entrance ceremony than a video game software company. In Japan freshmen and women must wear formal black suits for their first interview and their training period that is 3 to 6 months.
