Yahoo! has released their messenger application for the iPhone and iPod Touch via app store. Beside text chatting, it also allows you to share pictures with your friends. If you leave the app for some reason, for example like incoming call or clicking the link in an IM that takes you to Safari, the Yahoo! Messenger for iPhone app will keep you signed in but your status will switch to idle.
