The Scorpion by Ronn Motors is a 450 horsepower hydrogen powered vehicle that drinks the water from your garden hose to create hydrogen on demand. It gets 40mpg, the hydrogen is mixed with 91-octane gasoline to improve the fuel economy and reduce the emissions of the car’s 3.5-liter internal combustion engine. It is priced at $150,000. World's Smallest Snake discovered

To all snake fans, Leptotyphlops carlae was discovered by biologist Blair Hedges in a jungle on Barbados last year. It is a four inches long snake as an adult and as thin as a strand of spaghetti. Eww! Don’t let this get into the spaghetti.

Rumor: Next-Gen PSP with with 8/16 GB flash

Another rumor for today will be the next-gen PSP. The rumor is about the UMD, the UMD will be replace with flash with 8 or 16GB. There’s still no news on the touchscreen. Sony is also planning a suffix-based name for the new handheld, it is expected to launch in Japan in the September while US should be around late October or early November. The above is just a mockup.

Rumor: Nokia E71i with 5MP Camera

Nokia E71i

Rumor says, there will be some upgrade on the Nokia E71, from 3.2-megapixel to 5.0-megapixel. They will name it E71i. Other upgrades include an improved operating system, the Symbian S60 FP2. New color option called mocha brown was expected too, to make this E71i stand out from standard E71 and E71x. If this is true, you can expect it to appear at the Nokia World somewhere in September or October.

Designer Jinsun Park from Korea has come out with a simple tool called Color Picker. Place the pen against an object and press the scan button, the color will be detected by the color sensor and the RGB cartridges in the pen will mixed the required inks to create the target color. Read more…
