T-Mobile the iPhone carrier in Netherland, has posted up the processor and RAM on their site which is not shown on Apple site itself. The Apple iPhone 3G S is powered by a 600MHz CPU (up from 412MHz) and 256MB of RAM. Yup double the previous model, so the S is for real.

Samsung has released a new affordable E1107 Crest Solar mobile phone. The back cover is equipped with a large solar cell to keep its 800mAh battery charged when exposed to the sun. An hour of solar charging can provide you 5 to 10 minutes of talk time. It comes with a 1.52-inch CSTN display with 128 x 128 pixels and 65K colors, an FM radio, MP3 ringtones, a built-in flashlight, a Mobile Tracker and supports dual band GSM connectivity (900/1800 MHz). The phone will be available on sometime this month in Europe, Southeast Asia, Southwest Asia, and Latin America.
