Besides the iPhone 3G S, Apple also released an all new MacBook Pro lineup today, the MacBook Pro Aluminum Unibody Family which include 13-inch, 15-inch and 17 inch. All models will have 40% longer battery life, thanks to its built-in battery that provides 7 hours of work on a single charge. They also have a LED-backlit displays with better color, the Multi-Touch trackpad, an illuminated keyboard, a new SD card (13 and 15-inch) or ExpressCard slot (17-inch), a FireWire 800 port and new NVIDIA graphics. All of them can be upgrade to 8GB of RAM, a 500GB hard drive or a 256GB solid state drive and the 15-inch and 17 inch MacBook Pros can also be upgraded up with a 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor. Yeah, Apple has released its new iPhone yesterday at the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2009. The rumor was fake, no matte skin and no video conferencing camera at the front. But true thing it does have a 3.0MP camera.
The new iPhone is named the “iPhone 3G S”, the “S” stands for speed. Yes, they have improved its speed and performance (2x faster than the iPhone 3G). The new iPhone 3G S comes with:
• 3.0-megapixel autofocus with macro mode and auto white balance + 30fps video recording.
• Voice Control recognizes the names in your Contacts and knows the music on your iPod.
• Built-in digital compass, iPhone 3G S can point the way. Use the new Compass app, or watch as it automatically reorients maps to match the direction you’re facing.
• Cut, copy, and paste words and photos, even between applications. Copy and paste images and content from the web, too.
• Large keyboard at landscape mode makes life easier: Rotate iPhone to landscape to use a larger keyboard in Mail, Messages, Notes, and Safari.
• 7.2 Mbps HSDPA for faster networking speeds
• Spotlight Search: Spotlight searches all your contacts, email, calendars, and notes, as well as everything in your iPod.
• Messages: Send messages with text, video, photos, audio, locations, and contact information. You can even forward one or more messages to others. (MMS support from AT&T coming in late summer.)
• Built-in Nike + iPod support: Slip the Nike + iPod Sensor (available separately) into your Nike+ shoe and start your workout.
