I-O Data has released their new SEG Clip a tiny USB 1Seg TV tuner for PC, iPod Touch, and iPhone. It is a easy-to-use device, just install the SEG Clip companion software to the PC or your iPhone/iPOd Touch and you can access to live or recorded TV programs streamed to you from your PC. The I-O Data SEG Clip is going to cost you 6,615 Yen ($68).
