Zenrin Japan is releasing its new GPS software that is compatible with PSP1000/2000/3000 but not PSP Go. It is called Minna No Nabi (Everyone’s GPS). It has the Sony’s latest Social PetaMap service. In case of low GPS coverage or in “buildings”, you can still get your approximate location via WiFi. The Minna No Nabi will be available in Japan for 8,190 Yen (without the GPS Module) somewhere around November 5th.

Xtreamer is going to launch a new Network-attached storage (NAS) that support up to 4TB of storage across two days. For those who purchased last year’s model by November 1st, 2009 will get the change to pre-order this model for €59 ($84) when the listing opens on that day. The priced will be increased to €99 after November 1st, 2009. And for those who don’t have the current Xtreamer model will be able to pick up both at €198.
