ICD (Innovative Converged Device) has announced their new Google Android 2.0-powered touchscreen tablet named Vega. The tablet is powered by an nVidia Tegra processor and comes with 15.6-inch touchscreen display with a 1366 x 768 pixel resolution, a 512MB of RAM, a microSD card slot, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, WiFi, 3G, and Bluetooth 2.1. Other features include a built-in accelerometer, dual digital microphones, an ambient light sensor and a magnetic dock for charging and syncing the device. The ICD Vega will be launched in 2010.
