Bell Canana started to sell the MiFi 2372 Intelligent Mobile Hotspot from Novatel Wireless. It is a battery powered device that uses Bell’s new HSPA network and provides simultaneously WiFi connectivity for up to five devices/users located within 30 feet and download speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps. Compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. The Novatel Wireless MiFi 2372 is available at $99.95 with a 3-year contract or for $249.95 without contract.

Fuchiview PPP01 is claimed to be the world’s first pico projector that is powered by Alkaline AA batteries instead of rechargeable cells. This pocket-sized projector measures 11.5cm x 6cm x 2.6cm and weighs 117grams without the battery. It uses the 3M Color Sequential projection engine to produce 10 – 12 ANSI lumens, 260:1 contrast ratio and a maximum of 640 x 480 pixels resolution.
