Sony PlayStation 3 latest Bug

Sony reports that they’ve found bugs on the old Playstation 3 as some customers have been unable to connect to the PlayStation Network. Problem affects the models other than the new slim PS3. Several errors found, include:

- The date of the PS3 system may be re-set to Jan 1, 2000.
- When the user tries to sign in to the PlayStation Network, the following message appears on the screen; “An error has occurred. You have been signed out of PlayStation Network (8001050F)”.
- When the user tries to launch a game, the following error message appears on the screen and the trophy data may disappear; “Failed to install trophies. Please exit your game.”
- When the user tries to set the time and date of the system via the Internet, the following message appears on the screen; “The current date and time could not be obtained. (8001050F)”
- Users are not able to play back certain rental video downloaded from the PlayStation Store before the expiration date.

Sony team is hoping to resolve this problem in a day time.

Porsche 918 Spyder concept

The Porsche 918 Spyder concept is going to be shown at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show today. It has a little of Carrera GT look evolved, powered by a 500-horsepower V8 and a pair of electric motors (one for each axle) producing an additional 218 hp or 160kW. It hits 62mph in just 3.2-seconds and nip 198 mph on the high end. According to Porsche, “it can achieve 78 miles per gallon and emit just 70 grams of CO2 per kilometer”.
