SHD-NSU2 SSD from Buffalo

Check out the new series of SSD by Buffalo. Available in 32, 64, 128 and 256GB. The SHD-NSU2 has 64MB of DRAM Cache, a USB connector and 175MB/s reading speed (no info on write speed). It will be available in Japan this month priced between 14,600 to 78,600 yen.
