Smokescreen makes Flash possible in iPad.

Smokescreen, written by Chris Smoak, is a new kind of player, which converts Flash objects into JavaScript in real time in Apple machines. This means that we can now view Flash objects in our iPhones and iPads! Long live Chris!
“It runs entirely in the browser, reads in SWF binaries, unzips them (in native JS), extracts images and embedded audio and turns them in to base64 encoded data: Uris, then stitches the vector graphics back together as animated SVG.”
Sweet things always have a setback, as this stuff is very much heavyweight to begin with. At over 8,000 lines of JavaScript and 175KB, it will not run very swiftly on handheld devices like the iPad. But news is that Smokescreen will be going open source soon, so hopefully it will get fine-tuned soon.
