Chile is China’s antonym in Internet world

Net neutrality has always been a bitter discussion. While many civilians want neutrality and privacy in their Internet space, many governments prefer a monitored and controlled Internet censorship, nodded by many ISP. However, one of the big boys of Chile, The Board of the Chamber of Deputies has voted almost unanimously to pass Bulletin 4915, which includes the statement below.

“…ensure access to all types of content, services or applications available on the network and offer a service that does not distinguish content, applications or services, based on the source of it or their property.”

So far there’s still no comments coming from the ISP of Chile. Must be scratching their heads till bleeding right now.
