How to turn back your Lego to its glorious whitet

I’m sure many of you have played with Legos when you’re still a toddler crawling around your house like a king. However, over the years, they tend to gone missing (like mine) or turn yellowish. This is due to a fire retardant in the plastic material Legos are made from; therefore they have a tendency to turn yellow quite a bit over time.

But now, a blogger called Smitty has found a way to properly remove the yellowish color and turn them back to their original white color. All you need are some hydrogen peroxide, glycerine, vegetable gum, and OxiClean. With these items, you can create a gel that will turn the color back after tanning the Lego that is covered with the gel under the sun for few days. Head over to the original blog for the step-by-step instructions.
