Somehow this is rather expected from the people of United States. Just waiting for it to happen, but I did not expect it to be this fast. The lawsuit was filed by Ward & Ward, PLLC and Charles A. Gilman, LLC. on behalf of Kevin McCaffrey, Linda Wrinn and a number of other iPhone 4 users, based on the antenna issue of the new iPhone 4. The world's best golf-car goes street legal, and very green!

The golf kart has been utilized by “unkers” worldwide since a long time ago. Robbie Williams even used it to chase people in “Old Dogs”. But using this cute little kart outside golf fields is rather pondering for me, as its abit too big to be used in the cramped pedestrian lane, and there’s no lane for it on the road. Still, it’s a very ‘noble’ idea to bring it out from the golf field. Be an iPhone app entrepreneur in 1, 2, and 3!

Software vendor United Planet, one of the leading developers of Enterprise Portal software in Europe, has developed a unique “page setup wizard” based on Intrexx 5, their latest version of the famous enterprise portal software. This ‘wizard’ allows corporate to mobilize their business data and web applications with a wave of the wand. What that means is that employees of the corporate will have access to critical business information anywhere, and anytime, on the tips of their thumb, via their smartphones and handheld systems. Google’s gonna bake some Gingerbread on October

A dood by the name of Eldar Murtazin seemed to be knowledgeable of some Russian slangs, and manage to overhear some unique details in a podcast from mother Russia. Apparently they’re talking about the Droids! Google seemed to be interested in Gingerbread recipe after fondling around with Frozen Yogurts. Yes, the next Android 3.0 will be named sweetly Gingerbread. Cataclysm goes beta, get ready for the Horde!

Blizzard has completed its development for the new expansion to its hugely famous massively multiplayer online game World of Warcraft, and is officially sending out beta invites to players over at Battle.net. So it’s time to fire up your browser and open your dusty email inbox to sniff for that rare invite! Or, you could just login to Battle.net and have a look around, maybe there’ll be something unique hanging around, which could possibly give you a slim chance to new ‘magically’ created world around Azeroth in your newly dressed Worgen or Goblin. [Check out more info over at Blizzard] FIFA federation finally admit they're slowpoke.

I’m rather surprised that Sepp Blatter, FIFA’s stubborn president is fast in admitting that their organization is in the wrong field. They must’ve been praying hard for those humiliating fault not to repeat itself for the rest of the game. England’s striker Frank Lampard was robbed of a complete legit goal by an out-of-position referee, resulting in a loss to Germany. Perhaps, if that goal was considered legit, the spirit of the Brits won’t sunk that fast in the 2nd hand of the game. Same thing happened again, where Argentina’s Carlos Tevez scored an offside goal in a win over Mexico due to referees that are unable to see the fault in action on the stop. But then, we as the audiences and the fans are rather used to such errors in the football game, that I believe many would get uneasy if they do implement such technologies into the game. Anyway, let’s check out the suggestions. They seemed rather interesting. E3’s best game nominees are out! Go vote for your favorite titles!
