Brabus has done it the Apple way.

Brabus has done it the Apple way.

Brabus has always associated itself with ridiculously high-performance cars from the full line of Mercedes Benz. But this time, they have somehow kitted up a car for the crazy Apple fanbois. Maybe you can call this Steve Jobs’s dream ride, in some way. Brabus has kitted up a Mercedes-Benz S-class and tune it into what they call it iBusiness. Yes, they even named it after Apple’s iDevice ideology.

It has to be every Apple fanboi’s dream ride, as Brabus has thrown in the latest from Apple, including ‘some’ iPads. Well, two actually. There are also two seat-mounted multimedia screens, a 64GB iPod Touch, and a 15.2-inch headliner-mounted Mac display. Of kush, the iPads not only allow you to play some non-flash games, but Brabus has also integrated the car’s Command system into them: radio, navigation, telephone systems. Of kush you can’t adjust the car’s suspension system with it. Just leave that to the driver at the moment. The whole Apple setup is powered by an ultra-small Mac Mini in the trunk that is housed in an electronically deployed drawer. Who won’t want their mobile office to be that?

But then again, if that’s all show and no go, that’s not Brabus anymore. Under the hood, Brabus has shoehorned in a twin-turbocharged 6.3-liter V12 that produces 750 horsepower and 995 pound-feet of torque, though the torque output has been electronically limited to ‘only’ 811 lb-ft. Hitting 62 miles per hour takes just four seconds, and with your pedal pressed firmly to the floor, you’ll hit 211 mph when all is said and done. Power is routed to the rear wheels by a five-speed automatic transmission and Brabus offers a custom limited-slip differential to maximize overall traction. Fast and furious has just been done with a formal suit! Just try not to spill your champagne in the car will ya?
