A-Data seemed to be aiming hard at the USB flash drive market. Here’s their newest addition to A-Data’s USB flash drive line-up, the C008. Coming in capacities ranging from 2GB to 32GB, these capless flash drives feature a matte-textured, scratchproof body and have a retractable USB 2.0/1.1 connector. Unfortunately, there’s no word on pricing and release date yet, but I’m sure they can set a nice rival to those Kingston and Pendriv with such nice features.

Running on merely 22W of power, the Humanair Purifier uses the Clean Air Zone technology to clean the air that you breathe from pollutants, dust, and biological contaminants. What’s great about this eco-friendly gadget is that it uses a reusable and recyclable paper filter, which makes you an environmentalist. There’s also an LED light that warns you when the air filter needs to be changed. The purifier will be available this October for $299.

iFixit has again do what they do best, that is to tear down smartphones and things alike. Since the Dell Streak has been launched only recently, they seemed to be quick on their hands to get it raped. iFixit reports that the Streak is extremely easy to disassemble, and inside they found a Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon CPU, and cameras which they report are “similar” to those found inside the iPhone 4. Photonic sensors? Interesting. There’s nothing earth-shattering here, though iFixit has taken the Dell Streak teardown as an opportunity to debut their new “fixability” rating – and you’ll be happy to know that this baby has scored an 8 out of 10. Hit up the source for the full rundown.

There’s another ‘Dell Streak’ – like tablet coming soon, from a Chinese-based company called Leader-intl. Named the G10, the 7-inch tablet will feature 800 x 480 resistive touchscreen display, an 800MHz Marvell PXA-166 processor, a 256MB RAM, a 1GB NAND Flash storage, VGA front camera (no back camera), GPS-equipped, Wi-Fi, and a 2400mHa battery. It will be running on Android 1.6. There seemed to be only one mini-USB port and one 3.5mm audio jack. The cute factor is that they have Android-shaped heat dissipating holes at the back. Nice touch there. Unfortunately, there’s no word on pricing and release date, yet.

Logitech has been rather famous for their illuminated keyboards that look classy and cool, yet being very durable. I personally love Logitech’s products, and would heavily encourage others Logitech’s products, especially their Internet Pro Black Edition whenever any friends were looking for a set of quality keyboard and mouse. Logitech today introduced the Logitech K800 wireless illuminated keyboard, which they say will change your nightlife in front of your computer. Read more…

Windows Phone 7 has yet to be launched, and it’s already making a big noise in the tech scene. In Gamescon, Microsoft has announced that they will be throwing in more than fifty Xbox Live games into Windows Phone 7. This clearly shows that Microsoft is taking Windows Phone 7 as a serious contender to the Android and iOS, gaming wise at least. However, how many games will be available during launch is not mentioned. Read more…

Ok, that’s wrong. There’s actually two BlackWidows in town, and they’re invading your gaming space! There aren’t many mechanical gaming keyboards out there in the gaming market. Most notably would be Steelseries 7G Professional Gaming Keyboard, but that was also rather dated, launched back in May 2008 with not many gaming features like macros and bling-blings. For the past three years, the gaming accessory company has been toiling in a back room trying to figure out how to really get mechanical keyboards right; according to it, the vast majority of the options today “feature stiff keys that cause key actuation fatigue,” and it has sought to remedy said issue with the BlackWidow and BlackWidow Ultimate. I only know THQ for their Warhammer universe for the PC platform and Spongebob-series games on the Playstation 2. But they have also been an active developer for Nintendo’s consoles. Art games on consoles tend be unpopular among youngsters, and even some mums. But THQ is hoping for a runaway success in their new uDraw Game Tablet, which introduces new input method for games.
