CTL 2goPad SL10 Windows 7 tablet available to pre-order for $499

Shall I say that this is the first Windows 7 slate that your money can buy? Sure, we’ve seen many ‘prototypes’ around with Windows 7, and they’re all so fancy and cool, but you can’t have them, yet. Now, the CTL 2goPad SL10, which was originally spotted at Computex, will begin shipping on October 15th at the price of $499. What version of Windows 7 will be preloaded is not mentioned, but we believe it will be a heavily customized Windows 7 for optimum performance.
Spec wise, it should go along the same line seen in Computex. A capacitive touchscreen, an Intel Atom N450 CPU, a 250GB hard drive, and 2GB of RAM. Of course the tablet also fully supports both HTML 5 and Flash, and has a 1.3 megapixel webcam to boot.
