New Kobo eReader gets wireless connection and faster processor

When Kobo launched their e-reader back in summer, it wasn’t that appealing as it was missing quite a few things. Sound not very justifying for the $150 that you paid. But now they’ve refreshed it with some new features, and it’s cheaper too, by $10. The new Kobo Wireless eReader adds Wi-Fi into the gang, enabling on-device book download whenever you’re in range of a suitably accommodating hotspot. There’s also a new processor to speed things up, but that particular model does not fall into the ‘new and cheaper’ model. You’ll only get to know of the price once it starts shipping on November 1, with three colors to choose from! Good news is that, you can start pre-ordering yours today at your nearest Borders bookstore.
