CSL DroidPad Spice MI700 comes with a piece of Froyo gooding

The Malaysia-based gadget maker CSL seemed very keen to have a slice of this tablet frenzy, and has rolled out in its domestic market the DroidPad Spice MI700. It is a 7-inch multi-touch tablet that runs on Android 2.2 OS. Now that’s something interesting, as most Android tablets only come with 1.5 or 1.6 preloaded. Measuring 179.4mm x 110mm x 11.5mm, the DroidPad Spice MI700 has a Qualcomm MSM7227 chip clocked at 600MHz, a 512MB of RAM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity, GPS, a back-facing 3 megapixel camera, a microSD card slot, a G-sensor and a USB port. The gadget is powered by a 3240 mAh Li-Pol battery that provides up to 6-hour of operation time. The CSL DroidPad Spice MI700 retails for approx. US$518.
