Straight from the mouth of CEO Steve Jobs: “I can report that we’ve sold a quarter million Apple TVs.” That’s 250,000 if you weren’t sure of the numbers. That’s quite an impressive number for a device that’s only been shipped for 18 days. But if you compare it to Apple’s other staggering numbers of 300,000 iPad sold on day one, and millions of iPhone sold on day one, it’s still getting dwarfed by its siblings.
