Soundfreaq has been rather quiet lately, but all of a sudden here comes a very decent Bluetooth Audio System that’s going to blast you away (according to them at least). It’s basically a Bluetooth sound system compatible with any Bluetooth enabled mobile phones or PMPs. Target is selling the Soundfreaq SFQ-01 for $199.

The SFQ-01 packs a pretty impressive pedigree in its spec list as well, boasting Kevlar-reinforced 2.75 inch balanced drivers, acoustically tuned dual-port chamber, and a UQ3 spatial enhancement processor. Sounds like a lot of technobabble, no mistake about that, but when you put all that together, as true audiophiles out there are no doubt nodding along at and would likely tell you if you asked, it means you get a whole lot of sweet sound quality in one tiny little package. You’ll even get an onboard FM radio tuner, which will in turn let you keep in touch with all the local happenings (and say what you will, an FM radio is worth having on hand if for nothing else than emergency weather broadcasts, a fact of life if you live in, say, hurricane-plagued Florida or Tornado Alley from about April to October).
