Google Reader is now available for download as a native app for Android, all thanks to Google. Though, it really took them quite some time to do that. Anyway, multiple accounts are supported, preferences are synced, search is enabled, and since it is native, you can send to other apps (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, Gmail, and Bluetooth).
