Barnes & Noble has just released a software update for those Nook Color owners that are free to download. This firmware version 1.1.0 is said to improve the Nook Color’s WiFi connectivity, Home and Shop performance and to “enhance the reading experience for magazines and children’s books.” B&N didn’t elaborate more on the latter though, but we guess it’s some sort of font adjustment or color/brightness adjust.
