How to make a Red Bull RB7 Formula One racecar

Formula One car and races might be boring to some people. I mean, they move so fast that you can barely see them, and they all look the same, and there’s hardly any exchange in paint and overtaking and crashes. But they’re the most expensive racing event in the world. Hopefully this video will show you why it cost so much to develop an F1 car, and motivate you to pay attention in math and science class for a very fun career in F1.

Here’s a very interesting video of a Red Bull RB7 Formula One racecar being developed. Instead of taking the overly technical route, the Red Bull boys have gone a bit “old-tyme.” Their film manages to be entertaining and interesting, which is usually a hard task to accomplish with something like this, unless you’re a very nerdy petrol head.

Here’s a little info about the RB7 racecar by Red Bull. It’s a carbon-fiber and aluminum rocketship propelled by a Renault V8 that’s ‘limited’ to 18,000 rpm. Of course, compared to our street legal commercial cars, their lifespan is lower due to such abuse. But indeed they’re using all the technology of tomorrow’s world. Check the video out.
