RIM has been quite about their BlackBerry phones, but will be launching a new touchscreen-equipped BlackBerry Bold at the BlackBerry World next week. However, RIM themselves have already leaked a picture of the phone itself, as they are featuring it on their own site. As you can see, RIM apparently couldn’t help itself and promised that it will be a “bold step ahead,” and it appears that the phone is unsurprisingly running BlackBerry 7, which until recently was better known as OS 6.1. Then again, information about this phone is scarce right now, so we’ll need to wait until next week to find out more.
