Japanese company ASKA released a new HDD device to accompany your digital camera that comes in 40GB to 160GB. It’s the Tripper V40, 80, 120 or 160, they are equipped with a CF/SD slot and a 4.3 inches monitor with a 800×480 resolution. Beside keeping photos, you can also use it as a media player as it support MP3 and AAC audio playback and Mpeg-4 video playback. The 80, 120 and 160GB models will be release on March 12th, while the 40GB unit releases in April and they will cost around $340 to $680 depending on the model. Erm…in Japan only.
