T-Mobile the iPhone carrier in Netherland, has posted up the processor and RAM on their site which is not shown on Apple site itself. The Apple iPhone 3G S is powered by a 600MHz CPU (up from 412MHz) and 256MB of RAM. Yup double the previous model, so the S is for real.
