ASUS J208 and M310 Mobile Phones

Asus released two new mobile phones yesterday, the J208 slider and M310 clamshell. The Asus M310 flip phone is one of the Asus M series with music controls on the outside of the flip. It has a QVGA display and plays 3gp video at 15 fps. It comes with a 2MP CCD camera with self timer. The M310 can store up to 1000 contacts and sync to Outlook. The Asus J208 is a tri-band GSM phone thats 0.67 inches thin with slide-out dial pad. It has a 1.9″ TFT screen with resolutions of 176 x 220. It comes with a 2MP camera with 64MB memory to store photos. Micro SD card slot for more storage. The J208 has built-in Bluetooth with HID support, 5 way directional pad.

Sony Ericsson K610im With i-mode

Sony Ericsson has just announced its first GSM/UMTS phone to support i-mode, the internet viewing/push mail service. The phone itself is pretty decent, with a 1.9-inch QCIF+ TFT screen, 2 megapixel camera and support for up to 1GB M2 Memory Sticks. You can store up to 60 tracks in the new eAAC+ format with the Memory Stick™ (M2™) Theres also a speaker phone, MP3 / AAC / AAC+ / eAAC+ support, 3d games, Bluetooth, USB2.0 connectivity, and USB charging. The K610im is a dual mode UMTS (2100MHz) – GPRS 900/1800/1900 handset for i-mode markets in Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and will ship in Q3.

BenQ-Siemens M81 : Cool Street Style

BenQ-Siemens released a GSM cool street style mobile phone, the M81 which features a scratch resistant TFT (132 x 176)display, 1.3 megapixel camera with flash, 27MB internal memory, integrated LED flashlight, video recording, music player and extra storage slot for RS-MMC. It does include Bluetooth, IrDA, EFGE, GPRS and WAP connectivity. BenQ-Siemens M81 weights 96gram with the size of 105.3 x 47.5 x 18.4mm. No words on the pricing and availability yet.

Gigabyte G-Smart i120 PDA Phone

Gigabyte announced PDA GSM Triband phone, G-Smart i120 which boasts a 2.4-inch touch screen and powered by Windows Mobile 5.0. What makes it pretty attractive is it has a built-in FM radio and TV receiver technology. It features a 256MB internal memory with extra miniSD storage, 64MB RAM, 2.0 megapixel camera with integrated WiFi, Bluetooth and IrDA. No words on the availability and pricing yet.

Sonaptic announced the launching of the G500i Dreamphone by French mobile design boutique Purple Labs. Equipped with integral Sonaptic Sound, the G500i Dreamphone allows French mobile users on the Bouygues Telecom network to experience natural 3D audio on the move. Sonaptic Sound apparently provides a mobile phone user with a relaxing listening experience akin to hearing music through a surround-sound Hi-Fi at home.

Samsung X830 : 360-Degree Rotating Phone

Samsung unveiled a 360-degree rotating phone, the Samsung X830 which is similar to the Korea version SPH-S4300. It is said to have a 82MB internal memory and it supports MP3,WMA,OGG,DCF,SMP format. The resolution display screen is 128 x 220 pixels and it has an integrated Bluetooth connectivity with USB2 for faster file transfer. It weight 74 gram with the size of 85 x 29 x 20mm. SCH-V940 : Samsung MP3 Slider Phone

Samsung Korea released a new model of slider phone, the SCH-V940 which is only 15.8mm thick. It features a 1.3 megapixel camera which is located at the back of the slide, a touch sensor on the pad and Samsung also manage to fit in a 1GB memory module into the slim phone. USB2 port is available for music transfer from your PC. We are not sure about the availability yet but we know it gonna cost you USD600.

NTT DoCoMO FOMA F902iS Music Phone

FOMA F902iS by NTT DoCoMO will start selling on 16th June. It boasts a 3.2 megapixel CMOS camera with an auto focus function, 2.4-inch QVGA (240 x 320) TFT LCD, and also an important Japanese input system, ATOK+APOT. What attracts everyone is the fingerprint sensor located at the back of the phone with a face recognition technology in front. It has a wheel button with touch sensor in front.
