Samsung Wibro-capable SPH-M8400 Smartphone

Samsung has released a Wibro-capable SPH-M8400 smartphone in South Korea through KT. It runs on Windows Mobike 6.5 and comes with a 3.7-inch touchscreen Active Matrix OLED (AMOLED) display with a 800 x 480 resolution, a 5-megapixel auto-focus camera, T-DBM digital mobile TV, WiFi, and Bluetooth.

Remember the Nokia X6? It is now available in selected markets, bundled with the Nokia Comes With Music service. The Nokia X6 comes with an expected price of EUR 450 (before taxes and subsidies).

The Nokia X6 comes with 3.2-inch touchscreen, 32GB of storage, 5.0-megapixel + dual LED flash, TV-out, video editing, A-GPS with Ovi Maps, Full web browser, Flash Lite support and 16 days standby time, 35 hours of music playback.

The Nokia X6 will initially be available in Europe, Eurasia and Middle-East and Africa.

LG has launched a Android based smartphone called OPhone aka LG GW880 in China. This OPhone supports TD-SCDMA, 3G standard in China. it comes with a 3.5-inch WVGA touch screen with 800 *480 resolution, a 5MP camera, GPS, Bluetooth connectivity and supports CMMB(China Multi Media Broadcasting).

If there’s no iPhone, will there be an OPhone?

Samsung has released its Diva series which consists of S5150 Olivia and S7070, targeting on the ladies. The S5150 codenamed Olivia is a clamshell that comes with small external display in the front beneath the mirror-like body and a a 2.2-inch QVGA display, a 3MP digital camera, a microSD card slot, a music player, and Bluetooth. While the Samsung S7070 is touchscreen that comes with a 3-inch WQVGA resistive touchscreen, a 5MP camera, Bluetooth, a microSD card slot and an FM Radio. Sharp SH-04B looks like a Melting Chocolate Bar

Look, it’s melting. Sharp has released a chocolate shaped phone named SH-04B. It has a 3-inch WVGA display, 8.0-megapixel camera, built-in 1-seg digital TV tuner, and Bluetooth.

“Sharp says the cell phone, jointly developed with Tokyo-based accessory maker Q-pot [JP], will be released in Japan next month. It’s limited to a total of 13,000 units”
